– Bell & Evans All white meat tenderloins. No Antibiotic, Hormones , Fillers or Additives
– BAKE: Preheat the oven to 375°. Spread frozen Tenders on a baking sheet and bake for a total of 25-30 minutes. PAN FRY: Heat vegetable oil (1/8”) in skillet until hot. Fry in hot oil over medium heat 10-12 minutes, turning over after 6 minutes.
